Farm House
Stay in our traditional, Welsh farm house, fully equipped to a high standard. The farm house sleeps 20 people and is great for a family get together or a group coming to do some activities or team building. It is made up of 3 family rooms, 3 double rooms, and 1 twin. Many of the rooms are en suite, and there is an additional shower and family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. Enjoy cooking in the large farmhouse kitchen, with range master oven, oak worktops, exposed beams and slate floor, or relaxing in the large lounge with wood burning fire.

Guest House Options
Guest House
The rooms are individual in character and in keeping with the Welsh country style of the area. There is a large guest lounge with a roaoring log burner along with the dining room to serve breakfast or other meals. All our large rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, tv, dvd and Sky along with fresh linen and towels. Free wifi access is available and all our room options can come with breakfast or on a room only basis.

Holiday Cottage
The cottage is perfect for families or groups of friends who want a 'home away from home' accommodation that is great value for money. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and is well laid out, overlooking our courtyard and fields. We can extend the numbers to 6 on 2 guest beds (seperate charge made). A roomy lounge with exposed wooden beams and an open log burning fire creates the cosy atmosphere that is evident throughout the cottage. The cottage is fully equipped with cooker, crockery etc, dishwasher, TV, DVD, Sky and we provide all your bedding. Free Wifi is also available subject to access.

Ground Floor Suite
This self contained suite sleeps 4 in 2 adjoining rooms. This makes it perfect if you want the children close by but seperate. There is a lounge seating area with Sky TV & DVD and log burner and an ensuite shower room. It also has its own front access so no stairs to climb to get to the room along with a small outdoor patio area to the front.

Family Room
Our other family room is full of character and sleeps 4 in comfort and has all the same facilities including Sky TV and an ensuite, with great views at the front of the house over to the fields and river and hills.

Bunk House
We also have a great budget option called the Bunk House. This is ideal for school groups, colleagues, professionals, celebrations or groups of friends who want to explore the area. The Bunk House sleeps up to 20 people and is equipped with all the necessities with cooker, crockery etc, dishwasher, tv, dvd & Sky. The accommodation comprises two dorms, one which sleeps 14 and has a lounge area, there is a shower and toilet block and another dorm that sleeps 8. Pillows and sheets are always provided. Duvets and towels are available at an extra charge.

Double Rooms
Our double rooms sleep 2 in an ensuite room with views at the front of the house or over the courtyard and views of the old church tower at the rear of the house. All the usual facilities including Sky TV and free wifi access.
